Beverly McCullough of Flamingo Toes is a fabric designer for Riley Blake Designs, but she does lots more than design Bev McCullough fabric. Bev likes to sew, quilt, embroider, make jewelry, refinish furniture–if you can categorize it as crafting or DIY, Bev is up for trying it! When Bev wanted to start a blog, she needed a name that didn’t pigeonhole her crafting adventures. She thought flamingos had a certain sense of humor and fun and quirkiness. Bev describes her style as a mix between modern and vintage. She says, “I love taking old styles and making them new and fun again.” You can see this in Beverly McCullough fabric.
